Vat 79 – Boon, Oude Geuze – mono blend. Composed of mostly lambic coming from one specific foeder, foeder 79.  This foeder is the oldest at Boon. Boon holds the largest stock of lambic in the world, mainly in big foeders. A recent acquisition of 38 foeders of 250Hlt ensures the future.
