Mussels & Lambic

Mussels, shallots, celery, bacon seared on high heat in a splash of olive oil, deglaze with some Pastis, finish with finely chopped chives and flat parsley.

Pairs wonderfully with a glass of Spontanbasil, a lambic gueuze blend infused with fresh basil leaves. This  beer was the result of a collaboration between Lindemans and Mikkeller.
